3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made via the booking forms or through the MyBeDutched App.
• All payments must be completed within 7 days of receiving the invoice, using one of the available payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Wise).
• Each new student is entitled to one free 30-minute trial class.
• Trial classes may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• If a trial class is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the student forfeits their right to a free trial class.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Trial lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If a trial class is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the student forfeits their right to a free trial class.
• Refunds are only issued in case of technical issues or instructor absence.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website and in the MyBeDutched App—including text, branding, lesson materials, and custom visuals—is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission from MyBeDutched.

Some visual elements (e.g., icons, illustrations, or photos) are royalty-free images created by third-party artists and used under free-use licenses. These materials are not owned by MyBeDutched but have been included in accordance with their respective licensing terms.
